It would be wonderful if one could override the timezone in an appointment -
for example, when entering a journey that spans timezones or entering
appointments for when one reached ones destination. At present, changing a
time zone shifts all ones appointments, regardless of where they occurred (so
appointments to be held in Europe are shown in English time when one is in
England.
