The Outlook 2007 supported calendering list support for Schedule Plus for
Interchange. However, when you perform the import "Schedule Plus" is not
listed as a supported type. I have looked through all of the documentation
and it makes reference to this support, but again it is nowhere to be seen...
Am I doing something stupid here....
