I hope someone can help. I am frustrated to the point of tossing this computer out the window.

I used OE with no problems. I got Outlook 2002 with my PPC 2003 upgrade. I switched to that. It asks for credential every single time it check mail, even though the password is saved. The knowledge base says I need to 'Offce XP patch' to fix it. I get the patch and it wants the Office disk. I don't have the office disk. I don't have Office XP. I have Outlook 2002. It's on my PPC 2003 disk. The patch wont take that.

I tried to send an e-mail for help, I have to type in my product ID. I use the one that shows when I click 'help' 'about'. They tell me it's not a valid ID. IT'S THE ID ON THEIR PRODUCT WHICH I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR.

This company is totally useless. Oh...I have to go hit enter 65 times to get my e-mail now.
