Suppress envelop for some emails

For my office email, I let them stay in the inbox. For the forum
subscriptions, I use a rule to move it to a folder. However, an
envelop still show up on the tray. Is there a way to suppress the
envelop for these "moved out" forum subscriptions ? Thanks.
