Suppress repeated column value - only display once??

I have a column that has only a few possible values. There is a lot of
repetition. It is a calculated column, based on a formula.

I would like this column to only display the same value once!
Any tipss greatly appreciated!

Could you be a bit more brief? From your post, I have a vague idea of
what you want!

Seriously, it's hard to tell much from what you've posted. First
question, "Are we talking about MS Project here?" If we are, then it
could be done using a VBA macro, if you have access to that. I think
you'd have to store the previous values from each cell in another cell
so you could check to ge sure they'd never been there before. Something
like that.

Jo,
Can you explain what you mean by "repetition"? You mention that it is a
customized field with a formula but I don't see how that will give
repetitive values. I think we need some enlightenment before we can help.
