Suppressing Fields with no data

Is there a way to only print out fields or sections that contain data when
printing out a completed InfoPath 2007 form?

Yes, create a print view and hide the fields if there is no data using
conditional formatting.

You can search for infopath print view and infopath conditional formatting
for more help
