Surogate timeshet... what about surrogate tasks???

hello,

I use urigate timesheet, so a secretary can input the tmesheet of
every resource...

but what about "surrogate tasks"???

I'd like that the secretary can be able to fill in the timesheet and
import the data to the tasks...

how can I do that???

maybe changeing the owner of the tasks???? (on the resources???)

Vit --

Specify the secretary as the Default Assignment Owner for each resource in
the Enterprise Resource Pool. For current projects, you may also need to
temporarily insert the Assignment Owner field in a task View and then set
the secretary as the Assignment Owner for each task. Remember to publish
the latest changes using File - Publish. Do know, however, that the
secretary will see all tasks for every resource on her My Tasks page. She
will need to determine which task belongs to which resource by examining the
Resource Name column value for each task. Hope this helps.

Just being curious: but with this scenario, is the secretary able to import
the surrogate timesheet to the tasks for those resources?

I doubt it, but I could be totally wrong. I have never tried this. Why
don't you try it and let us know what happens?

upload to the task the information that the resources have done...

You might want to look at the timesheet solution on codeplex. Adding this to
your system with tied mode might do the trick, but I'm not certain. There
are still some unresolved issues with timesheets that might prevent you from
getting the results you desire, so test this on a dev box first.
