Surrogate Timesheet - Identifying whose - PS 2007

I"m a manager of 5 people. 3 were in training last week, and as Surrogate, I
went to log those hours for them. I got called away, and when I returned, I
forgot whose Timesheet I was modifying. Is there a way to see whose is being
modified??
