Surrogate Timesheet in 2007

Hello,
We need to use the Surrogate Timesheet feature in the My Timesheets page.
But for some users, the Surrogate Timesheet button is greyed out. Why ?
NB : we are using a RBS. Does this feature depends on the user's position in
the RBS?

Robert --

Only members of the Resource Managers group have the Create Surrogate
Timesheet permission. This permission allows them to create surrogate
timesheets for the resources indicated in the My Resources category. If you
need to create surrogate timesheets on behalf of the resources you manage,
then ask your Project Server administrator to add you to the Resource
Managers group. Hope this helps.
