Surrogate timesheets and administrative time (PS2007)

Hello all,

From one of my customers I got the following question.

An EPM administrator creates a surrogate timesheet for a resource.
Administrative tasks are not "always displayed" on the timesheet. The
resource for which a surrogate timesheet is created has not requested planned
administrative time, because this resource is hardly ever at the office. How
is it possible to report time on administrative tasks, because these are not
on the timesheet and it is not possible to add lines for administrative tasks?

As I see it the only possible solution is to have the resource request the
"Plan administrative time" himself, otherwise administrative tasks will not
be displayed on the timesheet.

Thanks in advance
Marcel.

I believe they didn't think that far ahead, not sure it is possible to do
what you ask with surrogate timesheet. You will have to enable the
administrative time to show up always.
