SV and SV%

I am trying to claculate SV (earned value schedule
variance). If the task is behind schedule (negative SV),
the calculation seems to work. However, if the task is
ahead of schedule, the SV stays at zero. I cannot get the
SV to be a positive value for tasks that are ahead of
schedule. The plan is baselined.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
