swap image problem

Hello,
my url: http://www.dominicursetta.com/testing.htm I have finally understood
how DHTML menus work :) My problem on this page is a simple swap image event.
What I want to do is when you mouseover the USA flag another image pops up. I
have tried using the DHTML tool bar to <choose an event> mouse over <choose
an effect> swap picture <choose settings> choose picture when I choose the
picture (image2) I get an error that says Warning this page contains scripts
that may cause errors when run with the dynamic animation scripts. I have
also tried using the behaviors task pane and making the USA flag a hyperlink
"javascript://" choosing the "a" tag and "insert" swap image highlighting my
original image1 browsing for image2 clicking on restore on mouse out event
and changing the mouseout event to onmouseover. Either way I cannot get it to
work. Could you all take a look.
Thank you all for your help on this office discussion group!

That is normal behavior for IE6 when viewing a page with script
locally. Publish to a Server.
In Tools | Internet Options you can also specify that it should not
warn for active content.

That is when it's online. Your problem is LOCAL to your previews only - it
only happens when you are previewing your local files.

Please be patient with me; the link I provided is published and viewable
online and when I check it it does not work. I am not just checking it on
local and previewing it. I must be missing something when you say: That is
when it's online. Your problem is LOCAL to your previews only - it only
happens when you are previewing your local files. Which way should I be
swaping images? throgh the DHTML tool bar or the behaviors task pane.
