Swap images - display in other region of page

Lambini

I would like to mouse over an image in one cell, and have the image swap
occur in another cell. I haven't begun to build the page yet, but I need to
create a USA map with customer location dots. when the user mouses over a
dot, I'd like to display the name and address in another cell on the page.
On mouseout, it would revert back to a blank cell. Could someone instruct me
how to do this?

Use a standard imageswap but place the trigger on the imagemap.
FP2003 has builtin support for this with behaviors.

Select your trigger (a link or an image), and apply a swap image behavior to
it. When the dialog panel appears, find the *OTHER* image's name in the
panel, select it, and browse to and select your desired rollover image for
it. Use the restore onmouseout checkbox if you want this other image to
swap back when your mouse leaves the trigger, and click OK.

Does that work for you?

Jens,

I looked at Behaviors, but don't know how to do what you describe. I only
see how to swap images in the same location. Could you explain what you mean
in more detail, perhaps with an example? I would really appreciate it.
