Switch Identity with Outlook

I can switch identies with Outlook Express, but cannot
seem to find out how to do it with Outlook?

Create separate profiles for this;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Outlook has no construct like "Identities". You need to use separate
profiles (Control Panel's Mail applet). If you have Outlook 2000, you need
to install it in "Corporate/Workgroup Mode" in order to be able to create
multiple profiles. OL 2002 and 2003 don't require this.
