When clicking an action button on a MS/Access switchboard form, some users
get error message "command not availble", some users the button works with no
problem, and some users it does nothing (no error message or execution of the
report the button is linked to.) Some users have windowsxp and some have
windows 2000 but there doesn't seem to be a discernable pattern.
