Switchboard Manager disable

Hi,
I am using Access 2007 and I connect to SQL Server using adp project.
I have disable Switchboard Manager. I set trusted location for my database
and that did't help.
Can you help me how turn on Switchboard Manager in adp project? (When I
create mdb database Switchboard is enable)?
