Switchboard will not open when the database is opened

You need to tie your switchboard to the Startup of your database.
Go to Tools | Startup. Under the field Display Form/Page, select your
switchboard. The next time you open the database, it will your switchboard

Set the Switchboard as the first form to open.

I created the switchboard using Switchboard Manager. Although set to

the switchboard does not open when I open the database. How can I corect
