My switchboard doesn't work any more. History: I run Windows 2000 and Office
2003. In Access I use switchboards created and modified through the
switchboard manager. So far so good. Then I had to reinstall/repair Windows
2000, installed all possible updates bioth for Windows and Office, thereafter
the switchboard does not work any more, clicking an item brings an error
message: missing reference, or misspelled item, etc. Followed links, updates,
but nothing resolves the problem.
Then I installed Windows XP prof., uninstalled all of Office 2003,
reinstalled, updated everything, still switchboard doesn't work. Sample
database (Northwind) also doesn't work, that is the startup form doesn't
open. All other forms in this database and in my own database open properly,
it's just the switchboard that doesn't function. What to do?
