Not sure if I understand your question? The switchboard manager is on the
DataBase Tools Tab, use code to open the switchboard form or set it as
startup form in your database startup routine. Found by clicking the Windows
Globe in the top left hand corner of the database window, select access
options at the bottom of the drop down window. Select current database, set
Display form control to Switchboard.
