Switching back to English from Japanese, Outlook 2003 on XP

I had a user who had Japanese MultiLanguage setup and working fine. The
folder names came up in Japanese along with message subjects. The user
wanted to switch back to English as the default language.

For some reason the Folder names will not convert back to English. I just
get the dreaded ??? marks. I have tried just about everything including
completely rebuilding his windows profile.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you try Outlook's /resetfoldernames command line switch?
