Switching between Access XP Professional to 2003

I recently purchased Office Professional 2003 and installed it in its own
directory hoping to be able to use both versions of Access (XP and 2003).

When I use Access 2003; close it and open Access XP windows installer kicks
in and loads Access XP uneventfully. However; when I close Access XP and
attempt to open Access 2003 windows installer kicks in and attempts to
install Office 2003 and stalls part way through the install with the message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable.

Click Ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder contaiing the
installation package 'PRO11.MSI' in the box below." I have to insert the
Office Professional 2003 CD in the drive before the process will complete and
load Access 2003.

The computer I am working with is not on a network; the hard drive is newly
formatted and a fresh copy of Windows XP Home edition has been installed;
Office XP Professional installed; all updates loaded and finally installed
Office Professional 2003 from CD and all updates applied to it.

Final versions installed are Access 2002 SP3 and Access 2003 SP2

I tried copying the PRO11.MSI file from the install CD to the hard drive
without any success. I uninstalled Office 2003 and did a custom install
making sure all applications were set to "Run from my computer" and not to
remove any prior versions.

How do I prevent Office 2003 Professional from calling for the install CD
every time I switch from Access XP to Access 2003?
