Switching between Add Resources and Gantt Chart?

I often use Alt+F10 to bring up the "Add Resources" dialog box. Is
there a way to switch to the Gantt Chart without closing that box (and
maybe even switch back to it without pressing Alt+F10) ? I was hoping
ctrl-tab would be the trick but no such luck. Call me lazy but I'd love
a solution that only required one hand.

The only solution I could find was Alt+V G to swap to Gantt View again. It
made the View active and you would use Alt+F10 to return control back to the
Assign Resources View. So you might as well use Esc to close Assign
resources as that's quicker!

Click on the Gantt chart? The Add Resources dialog box is modeless
which means you can work on the Gantt without closing it. When you want
to work on the dialog again, just click on it.
