Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to remove the links to Outlook? We do
not want to intergrate of give users the option at this
stage.

Thanks

I did this on our system my modifying the underlying web page (.ASP) file. This disabled the page that allowed download on the Outlook integration files You can save the original ASP file in case you ever want to turn the feature back on

Modification was very simple. Now, when you follow any link that leads you to the page for downloading the outlook integration files, you get a page that says "This feature is not enabled"

Send me an email and I'll send you a copy of the .ASP file that I modified.

I haven't tested this. Let me know how it works. From
the Admin page go to Server Configuration. Click the
Menus option on the top right hand side menu list. One of
the choices under Tasks is "View and report on your Tasks
from your Outlook calender". Delete is an option at the
top. I tried moving it to another page and wasn't happy
with the results so I just moved it back. No one in my
org has Outlook 2003. I don't know how to get rid of the
link on the home page, but the PWA layout is very similar
to the free IBuySpy portal. Good Luck.
