Once you create a second, third, forth page and save them, you'll see the
page files in the root folder if you have View | Folder List open on the
left column.
You can open them all by clicking on the pages, then in the main screen
Normal (some call it Design view) tabs will appear for all the pages you
have open.
An * will appear in any page tab where you have made changes but have not
save the page yet.
