Switching to upper/lowercase ?

Using Publisher 2002.

Is there an easy way of changing selected text to all-caps,
all-lowercase or all-lowercase-with-initial-caps (like using shift-F3 in
Word)?

I checked Pub2002's shortcuts in Help, and found only the following:

CTRL+SHIFT+K
Make text small capital letters

There are many freeware programs that will do that.
