Switching Web Hosting Providers

I have been hosting my web site (MS Publisher 2003) for the last 3 years with
Netfirms. I am switching to Just Host. I can not figure out how to redirect
my site to publish to Just Host. I have always published via a web folder to
a URL. I have tried to create a new folder but it is keeping the Netfirms
URL and just adding Just Host after. I wanted to simply remame the folder
but I can not find its location.
