Switched to Verizon isp from time Warner roadrunner.
Can't send anything with live-books emails.
I get error 17092, SMTP does not recognize any authentication methods.
and for other accounts I get error 17099 — relay access denied

Sometimes it starts working but is intermittent.

Will I have to go back to Time Warner?

Relay is when you use SMTP that is something other than your ISP. You can
always use your ISP's SMTP when sending. Some do not allow you to use other
SMTP to regulate spam.
