I have a user that received a document in Outlook. Opening in Outlook in the
reading view shows two pages side by side and is displayed as it should be.
When he switches print view it then displays a single page and all the
paragraphs show a few characters and the rest are all printed over each
other. Switch back to reading view and it displays correctly. Works on other
XP Pro PCs in both Office 2003 and 2007. There is no virus's discovered after
scanning with multiple tools.
He is using XP Pro and Office 2003 Small business Edition Dell OEM version.
Anyone see this before? Any solution?
