I am wondering if there is any SWOT analysis template available.

What is SWOT, is it anything like SWAT?

Strength Weaknesses Opportunities & Threats, it's business term.

As I understand it, it's just a Subject at the top and 4 boxes below it for
Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats
Fairly easy to make or were you looking for examples?
