Hi there when users open my database I want them to only view the switchboard
screen, not the menu bar....how do I go about doing this?

Tools + StartUp
Select the Switchboard in the "Display Form/Page drop-down box.
Uncheck the Display Database Window check box (see NOTE below).
Uncheck the various Tool and Menu bars as wanted.

NOTE: As the Application Window will no longer appear, if you need to
change any of these settings you'll need to hold down the Shift Key
when you open the database (or press F11 while it's open).
