All my message are being sent to my junk box by Symantec email proxy
deleteted. Any help would be appreciated!

Check Symantec's help files or support site. I don't know how their product
works; I don't use it. At any rate, the issue is with their product, not
with Outlook, so you're more likely to get help if you go directly to the
source.
