Symbol missing in stencil with Macro

I've got several Visio stencils from equipment
manufacturers that have a macro in the background.
Recently I did a windowsupdate and brought my machine up
to a fresh patch level. Now, I'm not prompted for macro
security and no shapes from those stencils are displayed.
The stencils without macros work fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've reinstalled
Visio2002 and VBA support but nothing works. This happens
on a machine with Office XP and Visio 2002 and a machine
with Office 2000 and Visio 2000. Both got all the latest
patches. I've uninstalled all the patches to no avail.
