What does the envelope icon with the letter "i" within it
mean? Is there a listing of different symbols like this
that I can download?

It means that there is additional information that you'll see on a Tracking
tab if you open the item. The symbols list used to be in Help but I wouldn't
know how to find it in the latest version.
