Sync 2003 Outlook to 2007

I'm having a hard time syncing my 2003 Outlook data to a new computer and
2007 Outlook...any suggestions?

Simply copy the PST from one to the other (with Outlook closed, of course)
and configure your mail profile to use the copied PST.
