Sync and presence issues (again)

Hi,

Again, we are having problems with sync and presence issues. I (the
affected user) have refreshed my contact information several times as
recommended in the FAQ's and even ran a GrooveClean -all. This has happened
to me several times before, the most recent one 4 months ago.

I am running Groove 3.1 on Vista Ultimate.

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Carlos,

First of all, I strongly advise you to not run grooveclean -all as that
usually will not help the issue and will almost always complicate the problem
by removing all of your account data and spaces - permanently.

What I do advise you to do is to always restart Groove (hover over the
Groove icon in the system tray and select Exit - wait a few minutes and then
start Groove again).

Since you are running Groove Virtual Office 3.1, you would not have been
affected by the recent server problems unless those that you are Grooving
with are using Groove 2007. However those problems are resolved and we are
currently not experiencing any problems.
