Sync BCM with my Blackberry

After we rolled out BCM and had everyone dump their business contact
into the busines contacts in BCM we came to the reialization that b
moving the contacts into the folder everyone lost the data on thei
Blackberry's. Well technical nothing was lost all the contacts wer
just moved.

This is bad

We have our own Blackberry server so I don't what to pay for some thir
party syncronization such as companionlink.

Is there a way to get the business contacts to show up on th
Blackberrys
