sync between two calender

Hi,
Can you do the sync between the PST Calender and the Calender on the exchange server. I download all my mails to the PST folder.. so whatever changes that I make in the PST calender... I want the same to happen on the server end also. Is this possible to do...

Sorry I am still confused. Online folder??? is it the PST folder which is their default home folder or the on the server end???
