Sync betwen Excahnge Server and Entourage

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I know I have posted this Q before but I still have the same issue with the Sync issue between Entourage and our Exchange Server and was wondering if anyone has a fix or a workaround.

Fairly simple issue. Our company uses Exchange Server and most folks use a PC and Outlook. A few of us use a MAC w/the current version of MS Office / Entourage for MAC 2008 ver 12.1.5 (Student Edition). The issue is that that us Entourage users (iMAC's at the office and Macbooks on the road) send emails from Entourage through our Exchange Server they do not post to the respective folders in Entourage (or our Blackberry's.)In effect we have to BCC ourselves on a sent email to ensure it shows up on our inbox on our other MAC. (it also does not post to OWA Sent folder.), Regarding Appointments; we have to accept the appt both on our BB or PC and our MAC for them to appear on the MAC) or Contacts (Contacts seem to behave better , i.e. if we add a contact on the BB or PC it does show up on the MAC - Strange?),
Am I missing something (again??)

Lou

This version doesn't natively support Exchange, so I assume you are
connecting through IMAP, right?

What do you mean?? They actually can't do much. Without native Exchange
support, they must be sending through SMTP, right?? Then the message is
copied to the Send folder on the Mac and this should be synched to the
server through IMAP.
Just make sure the Sent folder is properly set to sync through IMAP.
Make sure it's the same folder as the one the Exchange server considers
for sent e-mail too actually,
