Sync desktop Outlook to laptop

I have been using a desktop PC & have just converted to a laptop. How do I transfer my Outlook information (dates, emails, etc.) to my laptop?

You should export your PST file using the import/export wizard in the File menu

If you plan on using your notebook computer for most tasks, you can backup your data to your desktop as a resource for files if you ever have a problem
