Sync Entourage 2004 Contacts with Exchange 2000

Hi there,

Have a Mac that we ar trying to sync with Exchange 2000 and everything works
except if your create a contact in the Entourage Client it won't sync with
Exchange. It works if vise versa. It comes up with a Incorrect
username/password message.

Any suggestions
