Sync errors

WinXP and Outlook 2003. Cannot receive incoming
messages. (Sending ok. just not rec'ing). The HELP files
are unclear on just what to do to correct this. Outlook
created a folder which contains the failed deliverery
attempts. Is there a setting I need to fix?

What exactly are the errors you get?

The messages (I'm guessing that there is one msg per
failed email attempt)say:"The message with Subject 'RE:
exists is your mailbox on the Microsoft Sxchange Server
but not in your offline folder file.

What hapens if you delete your offline folders file and have Outlook
recreate it?
