Sync Exchange Caldenar with Outlook Calendar

Hello Guys,

Recently my manager has been requesting if there is such a way to Sync the
Exchange Public Calendar with Outlooks Personal Calendar. I have been
researching and haven’t been able to find a solution without purchasing extra
software
