Several times now, synchronizing Entourage with my Palm Tungsten E2 handheld
has wiped out the Notes in Entourage. All of the titles are there, but when
I click to view, there's nothing inside: everything is blank. This doesn't
happen every time, and I've been unable to pinpoint what makes it happen
when it does.
The data still exists in the Memos component of my handheld, and so far I've
been able to transfer it back to Entourage by doing a "handheld overwrites
Entourage" sync for the notes. Seems inevitable, though, that eventually
the blank Entourage notes will travel to the handheld, and I'll end up with
no data in either place.
Any theories as to what might be wiping away the data and how I can make it
stop?
