So my boss upgraded to Outlook 2007 yesterday as it he was hoping it would
solve his send/recieve issues he has with a hosted exchange. Well I went and
reviewed his inbox and found 27337 unread items in his sync issue folder.
Without say I CANNOT open this folder and am unable ot delete the items
therein, auto-archive does not remove them as well. Does anyone know how to
empty this folder without have the abiliy of going into it? Or am I stuck
exporting his Outlook, removing it, and reinstalling it? The guy has over
5000 emails in 32 subfolders in his inbocx and over 15000 items in subfolders
in his archive that he want to keep. Also has over 7000 contacts. So this is
no small mailbox. I just want to be albe to delte the sync issue folder (the
items inside date back almost 8 months)
