sync problem

Somewhere in the past few days the outlook on my laptop stopped syncing with
the server. When I'm connecting everything is fine, and when I sync all it
seems to go fine. But when I log off the network and and go back in without
being connected, my mail and calendar is from days ago. Any ideas are
appreciated.

Version of Outlook? SP level? (help | about).
Any sync error messages, and have you double checked your sync settings?
Tried deleting your old OST file & rebuilding?

No error messages and I did re-check the settings and all looked fine. I'm
using Outlook 2003 on XP SP1.

I'll try the OST delete.

When you talked about the OST file, I did a little more poking around on the
MS sight and read about this --> "The OST Integrity Check Tool runs only on
..ost files and can be used to diagnose and repair synchronization issues." So
I've tried that. It did find many unsynced emails and now I am back in sync.
I will have to wait a day or two to see if that was a permanent fix, or just
a one-time one. Thanks for pointing me in that direction. If that didn't do
the trick, I'll go the deletion of the OST file route as you suggested.

Great - do post back if you need more help.
