sync stuck

Hi TJ -

I'm not sure, but I don't think deleting the Groove binary files store will
help - I'm surprised that Groove would be working at all if you had.

You can shut down Groove on both computers and run grooveclean.exe which
will delete all the outbound information. Groove will then re-connect with
the other members of the workspaces and check to see what data it needs to
re-synchronise.

Hi TJ,

Unfortunately, deleting the Groove Binary File Store can cause irreparable
damage to your local Groove account. It is advised that you never touch this
file or else you will cause damage to your Groove data. The only way to
repair this is if you have your account on another computer and can migrate
that account and spaces over to the damaged computer.

You will want to run grooveclean –all first on the damaged computer before
migrating your account over from the second computer:

Also, in the future, keep in mind that there is a hard 2 GB limit for
spaces. After 2 GB, you will not be able to invite new members and current
synchronizations might be negatively affected.
