sync w/ multiple computers

Hi,

I need help syncing my smartphone with my work pc and home pc outlook. I use outlook 2003 at work (exchange server) on laptop mainly for business related scheduling and at home I use outlook 2007 (no server) on desktop for my personal stuff. I would like to sync all information (both business and personal) to my phone (motorola Q), however I do not want to mix the information on my pc's. Basically I want to do a one-way sync to my smartphone from both computer, is this possible?
