Synch between Entourage & Outlook 2K w/delegate access

My CEO uses Entourage on an OSX laptop for his email client. His assistant
uses Outlook 2000 on a PC, has full rights to the CEO's mailbox (BTW, we're
running Exchange 2000 Server), and is in charge of synchronizing contacts on
the CEO's BlackBerry 6750, since the BlackBerry won't physically attach to
the OSX laptop. When the assistant enters a new contact and synchs with the
BlackBerry, the new contact info is present in both the Outlook client and
the BlackBerry device. However, it does not show up in the Entourage client's
contacts. Any suggestions?
