synch calendar with LN

Do you know any good solution to synchronization of Outlook 2003 calendar
with Lotus Notes?
I would like to edit all data in Outlook and make it visible in LN calendar.

Mac, I think you and I have a similar problem. I have Outlook 2007 that is
an offline copy since LN is our email standard and I want to sync my calendar
and contacts to LN. I can't set up a mail account for Outlook since I am not
an administrator. Hopefully someone can address both issues together
