Synch public folder contacts with local contacts Outlook 2003

I have a public folder that contains about 6000+ contacts for my company. I
need to be able to have this synchronize with my local contacts in Outlook
2003 during a send/receive. I think I use to set this up but I can't remember
how (or even if) I did it.

Changes will only be made to the public folder contacts, and then drop down
to the local contacts in my Outlook.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
